staffed buffet service  (service charge and gratuity added on a per quote basis) this includes set up, servers at the buffet line and clean up service.

Professional licensed bartenders: a must for alcohol service. Let us control the portions and prevent over serving of your guests $20.00 per hour . A liquor license/ banquet permit is required.

Linen, glassware, utensils, china rentals. On a per quote basis. Disposables are available as well paper plates and plastic utensils $.25 per person.  Upgrade to a clear plastic plate with silver coated utensils banded in a high quality napkin for $1.25 per person.

 Drop off service in disposable containers (delivery charges apply))

*re useable chafing dishes are available to purchase for an additional charge and included with your drop off delivery (additional charge for set up)
